Italian Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 jar tomato sauce (homemade or store bought)
- 2 Cups of Pasta (rotini or penne work well)
- 2 Cups of shredded Italian cheese (I like the 6 cheese Italian blend!)
Instructions for Italian Chicken
- Pre-heat your oven to 400
- Pre-boil the pasta in water until just barely done
- Then, add the cooked pasta and cubed chicken into the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish.
- Dump about 2/3 of sauce onto the pasta & chicken and mix until it’s all covered.
- Add 1 Cup of the cheese and mix well
- After that, use the rest of the sauce to ensure the top and edges are well-covered
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
- Then add the remaining 1 cup of cheese to the top of the mix, and put back in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted
- Serve and enjoy!
