3 Holiday Storage Items That are Totally Worth the Price
Holiday storage has always been the bane of my existence. I still live in an apartment, and we have just a tiny basement storage area held in by chicken wire. Not ideal for our 6 totes of Christmas stuff, plus everything else we need to store down there! As someone on a journey to find financial freedom, there are many aspects of apartment living that are not ideal.
In any case, our Christmas decorations are very sentimental in my household, and there are 3 storage items that are 100% worth the investment because they protect these important pieces that bring back so many memories year after year.

1. Wreath Box
I have a beautiful wreath that my aunt made for my grandmother. When my grandmother passed, the wreath was passed down to me. Every year I put up the wreath and think of my grandmother. Something that special needs to be well cared for.
This wreath box from Amazon is the BEST for holiday storage item for holding wreaths. I know it’s not technically under $30, but it’s a three pack! It is so much better because it is a box and not a bag! Many of the containers are just zippable bags. When your only option in a small storage area is stacking things, a bag simply just won’t work. This plastic container will keep it safe, not squished, and dry. Priceless.
2. Wrapping Paper Protector
Wrapping paper and I do not get along. I do very well with wrapping gifts, but I waste so much paper when I am trying to store those rolls. This circular holiday storage container worked really well for us. However, if you want to store all your accessories (tape, ribbons, bows, tags, etc), I would recommend this holiday storage container from Amazon. It stores really well in a small space, like under your bed!
3. Ornament Storage
This is a super obvious one. My family has bought me an annual ornament from the time I was a baby until now. That means I have some very valuable and sentimental ornaments, including my very first ornament, those given to me by people who have passed, or ones I got from places I’ve been that I may never get to go back to. Therefore, holiday ornament storage is huge.
I recommend this ornament box from Amazon. This holiday storage item is a winner because the layers come
Even though we are all on a journey of finding our freedom, some things are worth the investment. You can’t replace sentimental items, and so spending the extra to protect those important pieces in your life should be a no-brainer, no matter what your budget is.
